can we claim lease deed registration charges as expense

We have given a buliding on rent and under registered lease deed and paid registeration charges of Rs.10000.00 on it

My total rental income for the year is 1 lakh
I am claiming 30% standard deduction
Can i claim this registration charges in addition to this standard deduction
