I am in advertising business, we are going to do a business event for our clients in a hotel. Please advise me can we take the GST input charged by hotel or event management company. Also please share the ITC rules for hotel business.

In your case you can avail ITC, because it is your furtherance of your advertising business.
in above case if any food expenses incurred by advertising company then and Gst charged by hotel on invoice.
