can anyone tell me is the transfer possible under tha CA of other state without the transfer of parents........if not wat the other way around?

get a medical certificate from a govt doctor that you are unable to do work for 3 months... than take transfer on the basis of that certificate, rest at home for 2-3 months than join any firm anywhr you want, either in same state or any other one .

tnx harish...........is it possible that i can provide the reason tht m transfering to other state without my family to my relatives house........is this reason will work??

transfer is no way allowed otherwise permitted by the UTTAMPRAKASH and if u wanna shift from one state or city to another then ask the respective HEAD OFFICE of ICAI...........u will get the solution...........
