can the transfer b possible in other state without the trans

get a medical certificate from a govt doctor that you are unable to do work for 3 months... than take transfer on the basis of that certificate, rest at home for 2-3 months than join any firm anywhr you want, either in same state or any other one .

transfer is no way allowed otherwise permitted by the UTTAMPRAKASH and if u wanna shift from one state or city to another then ask the respective HEAD OFFICE of ICAI...........u will get the solution...........
