Hi,

I run an ITES business in Bangalore. To take income tax advantage, I'm investigating if I can move my business to GIFT.

Can a partnership firm register in GIFT City or it's only for Ltd & Pvt Ltd companies?
Can an existing business move to GIFT City or does it have to be a new business?
