Dear Parth, most of the IIM's recognise CA qualification for entry to their PGP. U just go to the websites of different IIMs & look there-u will get the info. But why r u asking this question? In the IGNOU bcom, there arent many papers so u can easily pass bcom by the time u r a CA. 

If you have completed CA, meaning Final results in hand, many IIMs will give you extra credit in selection under their work experience and/or diversity heads. See the admission policy details in the individual IIMs sites. These policy vary from IIM to IIM.
