can minor can buy property on his name as second party?
if yes then section?

Since, there is an incapacity to enter into a contract by a minor, he /she can purchase the property through his / her parents or guardian.

Since, there is an incapacity to enter into a contract by a minor, he /she can purchase the property through his / her parents or guardian.After permission of court( that's called in hindi and in english I am getting this time).But,he could be the co-sharer with parents.

( that's called  "Vali" in hindi and in english I am getting this time).

I forgat to write "Vali" in my privious/above post.
