ITC can be claimed only if the rent paid over the property is used for any business having taxable output.
if it is for the business then you can claim input.
We have paid rent on immovable property and lanlord is regsitered in another state so can we claim input???
yes you can claim
But previous its not allowed. Whether any notification for that
it is for the business or personal?
