Can ITC be claimed after October 2018 for November 2017?

Hi
Can ITC for certain bills be claimed after October 2018 for the month of November 2017, if the Seller has filed his GSTR1 and reflects in opposite parties 2A??

Yes last date for claiming credit is due date for the month of September succeeding the financial year or date of filing annual return whichever is earlier. You can claim credit up to 20 October 2018.

If You are filed Your September month GSTR 3B return then You can't after September return...

** May be CBIC extending the date then You can.

Have wrongly entered different gst number of a company in September 17, GSTR1, now can't amend in October 2018 GSTR1. What to do? Ask the company to add in their GSTR2? Coz we have paid correct liabilities
