Purchase a new in august in company name
wanted a clarity if input credit can be avail on the same
also input gst on services, maintainence and insurance on the same car can also be taken.
if yes or no pls help me with the supporting if possible

if you are doing sale and purchase of car then you can claim ITC
Refer Section 17 (5) of CGST act 2017 for the same
