CAN ICAI BREAK THE RULES?

FRND IT CAN BE LIKE THE EXAMINER MAY BE UNAWRE ABOUT THIS RULE

I don find anythng unlawful in this..................

so wat if the student has to sit for the whole duration of exam.........\

We have much more bigger problems than this one..............

talk on them so that all the students of ICAI get benefited.......

icai is not breaking any rule.. this is a mistake of teacher not icai

there 's nothing serious buddy.....ICAI has nothing to do wid it...But if u faced sm prob then u may complain!.

 

Mr. Tarang i wished you could spend tht much tym u wasting on such useless discussion on studies i m sure u will find even 3 hrs insufficient to complete the papers

I Think you are more worried/ concerned about the "Loss of Two hours" in that paper. which one could have used for studying for next paper. lekin jo student ek hi hour me pura paper khatam kar deta he, wo extra two hours me (kya tir maar lega ?) kitani padhai kar lega?

think something productive.

think something else which will be really benefitial and more producitve rather than wasting your and others important time.

b sensible.     

dont make issue from nowhere to have cheap publicity.

Mr. Ingle i hope u dont carry this attitude of urs (abt wats the importance of 2 hrs) during ur exam day...feel pity u being CA final student dont understand the value of 2 hrs...2 hrs pe kya tir mar loge woh jab exam paper ayega tab pata chalegaa kaash meine yeah 2 question pad liye the,etc... b matured

This is not a problem,This is the right of the institute whether it is right or wrong. Mere pass ek idea hai Nov,2009 me tum exam dene hi mat jana kyuki phir se kam se kam ek ghante to bekar ho hi jange,better hoga tum may,2010 ki prepration karo Best of luck... Lage raho

Hello all my qustn is, i hv given final exam in j09 frm aurangabad centre. At there the examinar at class refused to give supplement in last ten minutes. I asked him before ten minutes at that time he said first complete the remaining pages. And at exactly in last ten minutes my pages are over. At that time he refused to give me supplement by stating in last ten minutes giving supplement is not allowed. I requested him a lot, but he not conviced . I want to know is there any such rule for icai exams, i think it is only for graduation exams. Should i write mail to a'bad branch for this. What to do? Is dis breking of rule. ?
