We got our LLP registered on Feb. 23rd 2012 and got a TAN. Since, I don't have any tax background and we are cash strapped, I am finding it very expensive to file NIL TDS returns even though we are not deducting TDS from vendors' payments or employee's salary.
So, can we surrender our TAN? Will the ITD create a problem for us?
