I am small retailer selling on online platform of AMAZON ,
Where I am paying service tax on commission payment ,
My question is can I take ITC of service tax payment under GST against product I sell on AMAZON

Yes the Input Tax Credit will be available subject to the following conditions
1. You must have the Tax Invoice provided by the supplier.
2. You have received the service.
3. Tax charged thereon has been paid or deposited by the supplier to the government.
4. Supplier has filed GST Returns.
