Can i still file revised retrun for fy 2022-23 as i have not mentioned some deductions by mistake. does income tax department has stopped revised return after end on next financial year ?

No. You can't file revised return. Bcoz, the due date is gone for revised return.
But, You can go through Condonation Delay Request as per Mr. Nikhil Kaushik reply.
