Can i file itr for the ay 2015-16
Now, in view of the amendment Is it possible to file ITR for AY2015-16 today on 3/4/2016, my belief is, we can, since law relating to that year will apply to it and hence referring to erstwhile 139(4) we can file ITR upto 31.3.17.
Please, illuminate with your views upon it.

For A.Y. 2015 16 you can file ITR upto 31.03.17
yes you can file
Yes u can file return for A.Y 2015-16....That amendment will be effective from A.U. 2017-18 so for A.Y 2017-18 U can file on or before 31-03-2018
