Dear Memebers !

Can I file any ITR for A.Y. 2016-17 and 2017-18? if yes then, what would be the panelty?

no u could not as belated time submission over by 31.03.2018 for FY 15-16 and FY 16-17. only FY 17-18 u can file online now

No way for filing ITR in Normal Provisions...

In case You have any Refund claim then You can move with condonation delay request. If request is accepted then You can file ITR for above said Years...

Yes but depends upon certain circumstances differ from person to person. You should need to apply for an online request to the concerned juriscdiction for getting grant for e filing the itr. After receiving online grant from your ITO you would be able to file itr of FY 2016-17

as far as my opinion, there's no option in online to file condonation petition

@ Mr Rama Krishnan.,

I think You know In ITD portal the option (Condonation Request) is available. But, It's not like to Missed Filing ITR...

But, Somebody says it will be through missed ITR filing request. I'm not confirm / accept it's correct way...

Better to avail the Option As per Your / My View of Direct apply...

agree with you Mr. raja but I don't know to what extent this could applicable bcoz whenever assessees try to file condonation request online, it shows only no records found
