can exempt allowance\s like conveyance, medical, lta, uniform be included in basic or da for calculation of hra benefit ie for fulfilling 50% of Basic + DA first condition of HRA Calculation.

DEAR PRAMOD,
No allowances can be considered in the salary for claiming exemption of HRA except DA (WHERE IT IS UNDER TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT)

Salary = Basic + DA (if terms of employment provide) +Commission based on fixed % of turnover acheived by employee....
