1)can i utilise  the input of  excise duty  against the service tax liabilty ?

2) if so, shall i go for  registraion of  frist stage or Second stage dealer ?

Dear Sir,

Please Note,

You cannot utilise input credit of excise.

Since, you are selling to end customer so, you cannot take credit neither you cannot adjust with service tax payable.

Hope you are understand

This is not input  utilising for providing output service ,so you can not utilise this credit for payment of service Tax.
