Can Composition Dealer from Unregistered Dealer. If yes than whether tax need to be paid on reverse charges mechanism basis? And how to show same in GSTR-4.

Composition dealer can purchase from unregistered dealer.
RCM u/s 9(4) of CGST Act, not applicable.
Exempted till 30.09.19. NN 22/2018-CT(Rate), 06.08.18.
Show in GSTR-4, Table 4C.
