our co operative housing society follows practice of submitting financial statements to Registrar of co operative housing society before completion of AGM, is this correct practice??
The general and correct procedure under section - 137(1) is for the company to submit it's financial statements along with any documents as required to the registrar within 30 days of the date of AGM,which is also the standard practice. Start doing it this way
