One of my ca final student has started his own practice. He file income tax returns and attest it as consultant and he has created rubber stamp of consultancy firm.

If he enrolls his name as a Chartered Accountant and does practise...then he will be sued for sure..

If he does the practise as an professional of any field...he must have got appropriate certificate or letter from the authority....

However..he cannot call himself as an Income Tax Professional unless he get the appropriate letter or certificate from either ICAI or from ITAT..

If such consultancy was named as an professional firm...then he can be sued
As per my view.,

If he is student then it's not acceptable by ICAI...
