Can't such students appear in PCC in November '09 term?.If they have to register for IPCC the result must be out before 31st July failing which such students can appear in November 10 term which will be a huge loss of time.Moreover what will happen to those who has completed the Aricles training?.Will credit will be given for copletion of articles?.

I think, if the results are negative, u can go for ipcc..
