hi to all members and my dear friends of caclubindia i want to know the details for the following questions?
1.I would like to start a online business where can i buy the space on internet for my own website.
2.what types of taxes will be attracted if i start a textile business.
3.Is there any requirement to get any permission from any authority of the government for trading online.

i dont know clearly about to start textile business and taxes wait for other replies for that que.
but i know there is no additional requirments for online any business, no permission needed to make a website with a portal or not.
VAT n EXCISE provisions will be applicable if they dont have any exemptions in their respective acts. Also u have to take a PAN,TAN etc for income taxes etc........
u have to get registered with the following authorities
VAT,EXCISE AND SERVICE TAX....
all of those are relevant for textile business
and of course if u want to start a company then the ROC matters also to be taken into account
