can Aadhaar number change
A illitrate person who has a pan which is linked with Aadhaar but Aadhaar Card that he shows me is different from pan linked aadhaar.Can he change his Aadhaar number.

How can a different aadhaar be linked with a particular PAN, while linking it checks the aadhaar database and if anything is unmatchable, it does not get linked. So do you mean that this person has 2 aadhaar numbers?
Yes sir because Aadhaar no. on his Aadhaar card is not match with pan linked Aadhaar no. but he has only one Aadhaar no.
same problem arise with me....
I still don't know how is that possible, but still for delinking PAN Aadhaar, you need to contact the ITD.
