A foreign company has two POs in two diferrent place of india.It has taken two number of PAN nos separately.The query is , whether there is requirement of two TAN numbers or one will suffice.

Here the Foreign Company should have taken one PAN for both the PO's
However there is no bar n law for obtaining two TAN. I shall advice to obtain 2 TAN.
