Can a company splits its unsubscribe share
a company issued 100000 shares of rs 20 each . 80000 shares are subscribed and 20000 share are not not subscribed so does the company divide its shares into 40000 share of rs 10 each ???

It can do anything. It can dilute its unsubscribed shares and put them for auction.
Unless it's approved by the board.
