Campus placement by icai

I am a newly qualified Chartered Accountant.

I have registered myselves for the campus placement programme organised by ICAI.

i was wondering if anyone has appeared for the campus placement previously.

I need to know about the procedure by which the companies recruite the candidates.

your guidance would be very beneficial in my  preparations for the campus interviews.
