Ye, but we do not deduct for leave.

Earlier I also worked in private organisation, who did the same at the time of payment of salary.

You deduct or not...
But, What is the calculation...???

Is that 30/31 days ( including sundays....)

(But,y entire carrier with employment is 26 days. Also the 26 day in EPF)

Sunday is Holiday, it's can't be calculate as WORKING DAY...

No deduction for holidays.
Deduction made for leave only.

If you take leave on day before and after holiday, then deduction made for holiday also.

For ex you took leave on Friday and Monday and Saturday Sunday is holiday then deduction made for 4 days.

If you took holiday on Friday only then deduction made for a single day

Yes, You are exactly correct.

But, If my salary is 26k then it will calculate with 26 days only. Not for 30days. Bcoz, sunday is holiday...

Then if I take leave for four days then deduction on that four days and salary given me 22k like

Twenty six thousand/26days =1000 multiple 24 days = 24 thousand

Also I have one more plus day as CL.

Again I say salary days is 26 days. Not for 30/31 days...

Please ask it with Your seniors if possible...

Firstly an employer should not calculate monthly salary on the basis of no. of working days for Salaried employment in any company / organization.

Standard calculation for all the organization is as follows,

Monthly gross salary = (MGS /Number of days in that month)* (Number of days in that month - Number of LWP (leave without pay)
Month with 31 days with 2 lwp (Leave without pay) = (MGS/31) * (31-2) ie. 29
Month with 30 days with 2 lwp (Leave without pay) = (MGS/30) * (30-2) ie. 28
Month with 28 days with 2 lwp (Leave without pay) = (MGS/28) * (28-2) ie. 26

Also "Leave with Pay" should be kept aside while calculating monthly salaries, this has to gets adjusted only when an employee goes for an vacation after informing respective employer officially. Example: If an employee has 5 "Leave with pay" and goes for an vacation for 10 days, an employer can adjust earned 5 leaves here ie. 10-5= 5 days leaves.

Simply I said again...

Sunday can't be taken into working days. Except sunday the working days are 26 only....

Also for daily wages if working on sunday then wages will be given double...

Please understand...

Standard procedure of Salary calculation is on the basis of days in month not  on the basis of working days.
