I need the following clarification and how to raise gst invoice to customer particulars from Vendor to Customer basic price 1000 ? add: gst 28% 280 ? 1280 ? freight 100 ? 1380 ?

Pls find the above and how to raise to Tax invoice to customer with margin of Rs.500/-.
