its usual date for distribution of forms...its not distributing early..
just think of dose students also who hv to appear in november for der first attempt ...they will also feel ready after filling d form 4 examz..
institute hv to make arrangements for d nov. exam also so it will distribute forms timely
dose who gave in june got 1 month extra so now dey cant complain if at all dey need to give exam again in nov.

so that those who pass can sell the forms in black market... :P
ICAI will know the results before issuing forms, or how wil they know the number to issue.... just building the suspense...
u can get the form signed by the principal before results.... that way u dont have to worry about missing ur principal in september..
but this being the case, ICAI should extend the date of submitting the forms..

for the knowledge of u all ...it was told by mr jaideep shah sir ( chairman ,BOS) in a conference here at nagpur that ca Final results will b declared at 13th august ..so we can consider it an official announcement ..it is goin to b declared at 13th only...

just wait n watch 4 d dates 2 b declared by icai.... till that enjoy urself... as uske baad to marna tay hai... if passed then stand in a queue either 4 interviews or gmcs or otherwise n if failed then back 2 buks..... so just cheer rite now.. its just time 2 enjoy....
