i will explain in a simple way....

you are cooking rice and sambar for lunch, while making rice is spoiled but sambar is ready like your second group pass.... now you are telling that should i eat or not....

i told this because not to critisize you, i am telling you that you have already done half of the work, now you stop and after 10 years you will say to your self that " kaash thodi aur mehanath karthi" ( what would i be if i would have tried that day)

neha you came this long and basically you completed the tough group in CA final balance is not that difficult just try to know where you lack and cheer up and complete it...

Me to facing Same Problem, I have cleared Group 2 in CA final May 2014 (i.e so toughest group in CA total Course) successfully.

and i have Exemption in paper 4 & 1 also but till now i didn't clear Group 1, thats my bad luck because of family problems.

I am unable to concetrate properly and doing job for family problems but i have confidence to complete the CA in November 2016 attempt bcz i will prepare systematically for next attempt.

i got marks 38 in paper 2 & 35 marks in paper 3 , if i get just 40 marks in each subject then i cleared CA but my fate so worst at this attempt

kindly dont plan to leave CA course bcz we are almost reaching last step of CA.
