Qualified CPT in 2008, enrolled PCC mode and completed articleship but could not attend the exams. If I want to pursue IPCC course what is the procedure to be followed. Can I directly appear for exams? please advice me.

submit d form for conversion from pcc to ipcc.
After submiting that form u will get study material of ipcc from icai.
After that u will become eligible to appear for exam.
