Just wanted 2 know , do the paper correctors in ca exams(ipcc) award stepwise marks in practical papers ????

Yes step marking is done. Any serious violation of concept carries heavy penalty in comparison to wrong calculations(less penalty)... Even missing one step bears the brunt of marks deduction.
