u should decide whether continue doing CA or CS based on your future plans and goals... as it is never predictable that who wins when...

you might be able to clear your CA exam in next attempt.. and there is also not a guarntee that if you join CS you will clear it in first attempt.

so friend, please make sure whatever you decide is liniear with your future plans, work smart, read and understand the topic, analys and evaluate yourself, add to your edge and try to correct mistakes and overcome youe weakness you will succeed.

Both the professional courses are designed to assist an organization from different aspects. You yourself prioritise your area of interest and then strive towards expertise in that particular arena.

Since you are an LLB Pursuant as well, the combination of LLB + CS will help you in assisting an organization in Secretarial as well as the Legal aspects.And CA is obviously an extensive domain with excellent learning and reasonable opportunities in various financial, accounting and auditing etc aspects.
