Dear Rakesh,

Both are respectable proffesions. It all depends upon our attitude and interest. According to a survey by times of India 1 year back(January 2010) LLB/CS was the 2nd most payed profession in India. It depends upon your interest in law or accounting(C.A.) and the place you are pursuing law from(IT MAKES A GREAT DIFFERENCE)

I would suggest you to go for C.S. and pursue a 5yr Law from a good law school(ILS PUNE, BVP OR THE NATIONAL LAW COLLEGES). If not then 3yr from DU.

MORE IMPORTANTLY ITS NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING ITS ABOUT HOW YOU ARE DOING. QUALITY NOT THE QUANTITY

Thanks & Regads

Hi Rakesh as per my personal view you should go with CA if you can do it because CA future prospectus is too wide than C.S & moreover the salary conceren every CA is getting much more then C.S so it would be bettter if you go with C.A  because so many organisation C.A's are doing the work of C.S also & area of work is too wider then C.S as i am not criticising C.S profession but it is real fact as now a days C.S demand is very less but one thing you should keep in mind that C.A study very much tuffer then C.S...

but if you interest in law & company matter then go with C.S other wise you should go with CA or ICWA

This is very unfortunate that salary is the sole criteria for you to choose a carrer for yourself. You have no clue about your own interest, vision...:/

Just to let you know in my company my senior CS (my boss) is holding top mgt position and 7 chartered Accountant are reporting to him and in the team 3 chartered Accountants are reporting to me only. There is no need to say that they are drawing much less than us. But we all are gud friends and there is almost no boss-employee relationship.:D

In the next company position may be reverse like you have mentioned so the criteria is not the salary or position but your own attitude and vision to contribute to the growth of your company.

So open your eyes and explore yourself and your interest to excel in life.

Hi Rakesh,

I agree with Pramod, you should go for CA. I myself being a CS+LLB..always feel that CA degree is like a holy grail.

Its not only about salary, other things taken into consideration.. CA is always the better option.

Thanks

Correct CA is better than CS

Hello frnds i am ankit jain. i clear IPCC exam and i want to get ARTICAL SHIP IN DELHI in a company please help me and guide me bcz i dont hv any knowledge about DELHI.

Go for CA,you won't repend in future. If one look at the history both CWA & CS seemed to have originated from ICAI only. While ICWAI came up in 1956,ICSI came up in 1980 only. You can safely bet CA is lika IAS among commerce stream professions.

Salary should not be the criteria to choose a profession,go for the one where  you have interest,if  you go for CA only because of its salary prospects you may not be successful,my only advise is go for the profession which you are comfortable with not with the one which yeilds the most.

Hi Rakesh

I agree with Amit, you should go for CS. And if you do LLB with CS then the salary band should be better than CA.

Hi rakesh

I agree with richank garg

which one is better and salary not a criteria  professional like you

every one has to  consider their  intrests, vision, ambtions ,saticifaction in work

to earn only money  there are so many other ways, even your qulification not  required  for that

hi

friend

really for the choosing the c.a. or c.s. the salary is not only constrain but your real interest is consider and which subject is more interesting for you is vital. other wise both profession has their equal recognisation and merit and both have considerable income
