                      I am also giving my second group of final ca in may 2014, cleared 1st group. I will Recommend the following books for studying:-

Group 1 :-

Accounts- Prepare  Thourough Notes of AS from Study Material. Solve each & every Sum of Consolidation & Amalgamation. Prepare small topics very well as they make a lot of difference between 50 & 55 marks in your results.

Audit:- Write each & Every clause of professional ethics. Prepare Summarised SA Notes. Prepare small topics nicely. i referred V.K.Agarwal's book.

FM:- Study From Su\tudy Material & Practice Manual. Solve every Sum.

Law:- Study Material & Practice Manual

Group 2 :-

Costing & OR :- Same as F.M.

Direct Tax:- I am referring Manoharan's Book

Indirect Tax:- I am referring Bangar's Book.

ISCA:- i am preparing from Study Material by writing theory notes.

While Studying practical subjects, complete theory alongwith chapter itself.Its better to study theory by writing it. Also after completing portion start solving question papers of icai ca final exams in exam like condition.
