CA FINAL-- some issue...

the weight of prosfessional ethics is 18 to 20 marks and the pages covered for professional ethics vary form 30 to 35 pages it means 1 mark for approx 1.5 page.

and where SA which covers 70-80 pages also of 18 to 20 marks , and we learn all SAs

so why you are taking risk of not mentioning the schedule with clause try to grasp them and its not difficult to learn them.....

and about corporate law you can buy paduka whose cost is just rs.45 ( for last 5 acts) or take munish bhandari handbook or borrow from a freind and get photostate of last 5 act....

you can ask further query relating to audit .........................

i will try my best to solve them...
 

dear arvind it is not a Q. of 45 RS but the impt. thing  that i donot know about paduka book.......before.....

and second thing is that i m just collecting information from expert like u so that i will purchase the best books.........

and  at last the notes of other things provided by caclubindia  that i have downloaded earlier are too good and simple ....... so that i ask them to provide these. also......... nothing else.......

no you take my intention wrong i only want to suggest you that to buy paduka because in caclub the notes for last 5 acts are not available as i also requested and search for that.....

and one more thing i am not expert...............

you can refer the book of CA Vinod kumar aggarwal for Advanced Audinting & Professional Ethics

and 1 thing more that definition of expert is not exhaustive ........ one person who give the advice to other in proper way is itself a expert........

Arvind i want ur advice. I afraid of audit (esp SA's) can u plz give me some tips for Nov 2010 so that i can clear the exams.
