Hai guys it is not oral info i got , it was pasted in our exam centre, i am not speculating frustated to see some students communication wrong info and making others panic. So i have communicated what i know , it is not guessing or speculation of theroritical calculation or oral info from council.
100 % Written notice put up in exam centre notice board.
as u hav mentioned in ur 1st post it is written d word "tentatively" which means that they are also making a prediction but not confirm.......

Hai Varsha for your information even Institute notification going to be issued will include word "Tentatively" this is to include last minute postponment of result due to technical problems and other unexpected issues. This has happend some four years back at that time result was posponed continously for 2-3 days. I hope I have cleared your doubt.
