Ca final registration by post??

If you have not registered for Finalo till that then you can get yourself registered with SIRC , it will not make any difference......same was situation was with me when I passed IPCE from CIRC and registered for Article and Final with WIRC......the only thing is that for getting A'ship registration without any hurdle confirm from WIRC by calling it  that wheather your  computrerised records of OT and ITT are duly updated.

i just want to ask u whether u needed to do any formalities for gettin urself registered  with WIRC or it was just u needed to submit CA final form with WIRC.?

Also, is there any way that i send my form by post or i hav to go to the institute office?

No formalities as such to be made ...the application form for Final reg with wirc is as good as formality.
