Hi Pratiksha, Law is one of the subjects where you cannot hide answer with irrelevant points, which means you got to be perfect and read the sections thoroughly and patiently. I suggest all students to prepare short notes for all the chapters and read that atleast 4-5 times to get complete overview of the sections.

Coming to presentation, there is no need to mention section numbers, if your provision is correct you will be awarded full marks even if u do not quote sec.numbers. So make sure that you understand question and answer properly. And writing is the most important practice of theory subjects, because when you write something our mind will automatically read the sentence 3 times than plain reading. 

As per the recent trends most of the questions are 4 marks and memory based questions are appearing rather than testing application skill of students. So you need to work more on remembering various penalties, commitees etc

Thankyou Sir, This attempt i scored 56 in Law but could not crack for exemption.. I wanted to know what extra should i do.. I am at ease with Theory subject

As you already reached near exemption, i sincerely suggest you to carry on the same momentum and dont take any chapter as choice, make sure that atleast you know a little about all the allied laws and be specifc about Companies Act 2013, Companies Act 1956, Companies Amendment Act 2015.

Read PM well...nothing more to worry about subject, I hope you should clear this attempt along with exemption in Law.
