will b 1 -2 % higher than d previous term exm.. previous it ws 12.6%... but grp1 result dis tym will b less than grp2..

yeah even i think so.. Group 1 result would be less than group 2..
but i thought group 1 results would be 14/15 while group 2 results would be around 16/ 17

what are the chances of clearing grp1 if we pass in 3 subjects and got 38/39 in the other subject say law&total exceeded 200

u hv to giv all d 4 papers again in case u gt 38/39 in any one subject even though ur total exceed 200.. unless u gt exemption in any paper..
say u get exemption in accounts den u hv to giv remaining 3 papers

that I know yar.is there any possibility for law being made 40&declaring pass in the moderation process

that depends on ur answer quality.. if u hv written d correct law n up to the mark den yes u cn gt 40

How convinincing it would be if we can get our results notification in SMS through Bulk SMS services?

Pass percentage this time is 6-7% for both, i knw only this, i can confirm this as i knw someone from board of studies. This time icai not going to declare good result due to less demand of CA in industry and theretical answers written by students. This is what i was told, rest i am also waiting for my result, even i got a bit nervous after hearing this.

Anyways lets hope we clear someday.
