Where to write our WRO i.e registeration no. in certificate of service? in "Old Article Regn No." or in "New Unique Regn No."

write your wro in new unique registration no
Where if u have been converted form CPT streem to direct entry streem then u would have been alloted with the new WRO if not then u can write at ur old number also
Write number at new if u are registered after April 2013 else write same number at old and new
