Dear All,

My coaching was very bad for all subjects. waste of time. waste of money.

Pls help me.

NOTE : Assume that I haven't studied/have any knowledge

1. Can I study ISCA from practice manual, rtp and suggested answers ?

2. Is Practice manual enough for SFM  and AMA theory ?

3. Can I take risk of leaving amalgamation, valuation and consolidation in FR, while preparing others perfectly ??

4. Is Munish Bhandari handbook enough for Law ?

Pls pls kindly help.

i'm at terrible loss of time.

tough times.

wanna clear it.

Thank you.

Dear Sunny,

1-For ISCA only refer practise manual and RTP

2-For AMA Practise manual theory is enough

3-For SFM Refer any other book with practise manual for thoey

4- U cant leave Valulation and holding . its most important

Agree with Anurag. In accounts from holding, valuation and amalgamation you can only leave one chapter, rest two you have to prepare..
N in law you can refer PM as well. Though it's bit risky to only study from PM but you have only limited time. And if you have prepare rest of the subjects perfectly than its good or else go for one group. I dnt want to sound pessimistic but preparing both group in one month is impossible..
Hii sunni Firstly ISCA syllabus has been amended from previous attempt. Current pm is very thin and consists of very sparse info. I would suggest instutute study material/manish valecha. Your aim must be to pass in this subject and score well in others. It will be difficult to score 50 with only pm. FOR LAW. Munish bhandari and pm with rtp /mtp before exams. U can do excellent. For FR Like shruti said u have to do 2 outta the 3 subjects coz guaranteed questions come from all 3 topics. If possible do amalgamation and consolifation very well. U will get easy 32. Yes AMA pm theory is more than sufficient Best of luck

1. Given the time available fpr May attempt YES

2. For AMA yes.

3. No wayss these three topics would be of minimum 48 marks.

4. Yes

Amalgamation ..consolidation and valuation come for minimum of 40 marks. 2 16 marks questions and 1 8 marks.. absolutely minimum. Just saying

There is no change in ISCA this may attempt dear, change is from Nov 15 attempt onwards.

For this may attempt August 2013 PM edition is applicable.

Check this :- https://icai.org/post.H T M L?post_id=10166

Yes i meant change in november 2014 onwards attempt. Practice manual of nov 2014 is very small. I gave nov 201 attempt Got exemptiom thanks to manish valecha book. Sorry for the typing error. It was supposed to mean the isca syllabus has changed from previous attempt onwards. As in study material prior to nov 2014 attempt will be obsolete
I think in this time frame you should focus on only one group and try to get exemption in atleast one of the subjects of first group. Just a suggestion. All the best and please don't panic. I took so much tension which badly affected my health leading to a huge loss of 10 days.
