but i dint prepare well for the exams due to lack of time .I read MAFA nd C LAW to some extent
if so how to suceed ?

for mafa just work out compilation sums . Important topics are Portfolio, Leasing, Capital budgeting, mergers, IFM.
Law - Directors, intercorp loans, producer cos, FEMA, Intp of statutes. (Most of the past exam questions are repeated).
