Ca final- law- need help

I have my CA Final exams in May. I need guidance in respect of Corporate and Allied Laws.

I had left my law subject on Munish Bhandari Sir's law book and finally I got the book 2 days back.

On seeing the handbook, I was somewhat shocked that it does not contain any practical questions or case studies and the content coverage is also not upto the mark.

Please suggest me, from where should I study law as I think main book of Bhandari Sir is very bulky. Should I study PM or Main book of MB or Coaching book of Bhandari Sir or Paduka or Handbook?

Go for pm it is awesum.I read first five chapters all in the form of case studies covering all provisions.
Try with institute study mtrl...this Tim its an awesome book. But now u don't have time so go with pm plus important sections from munish's big book. In munish big book, I have noticed many wrong sentences..thats y I kept institute's modules.
Right... Refer material of the institute.
Since you have purchased munish bhandari handbook already.. i would tell u do allied laws excluding sebi from there...also some of the chapters of company law like producer companies and few others come straightforwrd from munish bhandari. But practice manual and your own attended classes notes should come first.
for law plz do not prefer study material becs no ammendments are there. either 1. paduka 2. tips 3. munish bhandari full book not hand book
Get photocopy of a student who has taken classes from munish bhandari sir. Dont go for handbook,

Its better to read Hand book of Munish Bandari sir along with Practice manual for Practical questions

I think he has already purchased hand book as he has said.

So for him best practice is to use practice manual as a base. and munish bhandari for definitions and tough points u need a simple explanation for.

Cheers

Institute revised study material is very good..they incorporated all amendments...instead of all other books institute study material is best with practice manual

I think Munish Bhandari's main book is just too good and gives you an indepth idea of each section and it's application.

Considering the time you have in hand, my suggestion would be - For all main chapters - Refer the main book. For allied laws and not so important chapters of Corporate Law, you may refer something else. I started the entire subject in the month of my preparation time.

All the Best!
