hi..I already have practice manual Jan 17 edition...after which no edition for practice manual has been Issued yet but Icai has issued new edition of study material (July 18)..so Shud I refer changes from RTP or I need to buy Study material..??

It's not released yet.
It's going to be released on 3rd September 2018.
You must be having the main book.
