CA Final Examination November, 2012 Help Needed

ICAI vide its announcement"Direct entry for CA course" dt 03.08.2012 has revised the elegibilty norms for students in Final Examanatioin wherein the student has to complete  Advanced Course on Information Technology to be eligible for Final Examination.Now -

• Is this applciable for Nov 2012 exams?(This is because exam notification has already come and exam form issue has also started)
• If the aforesaid training is applicable for Nov 2012 eaxm ,then where/ whom to be contacted ...when the training would be held ..?

Since you completed articles need not get signature from your rpinciple but u have to take sign from any Member of Institute which is compulsory.
