I have appeared for may 2017 exam and submitted certificate of service by a CA as my article ship was over earlier

Now I am again appearing in Nov 2017 so whether the same certificate of service can be uploaded as attachment or I have to get new certificate of service signed

You have to download a new certificate.

But mam as my article ship is over so why I have to get certificate of service signed again as only date will be changed matter is same as of previous attempt

No you have to signed by CA everytime you fill form.
