in my opinion VG Sir is the best ... although he provides excessive material to study from...

dt is one of the crucial papers in ca final.......girish ahuja is definately not advisable........not even close to vg sir........
girish sir is not good at teaching concepts.........on the contrary vg is extremely good wth this paper....its nt just abt exams but fr ur future in tax .....hence in my view girish sir a big no no
Vg sir teaches in a practical way. He doesnt let u cram the topic,he explains them in such a way that any exam question looks a part of what he told with his example in the class. Mr Girish Ahuja is former DU teacher and I would strongly advise you never to study CA subjects from a DU teacher as they teach u just like in their college,I have experienced it thrice..
