Thanks all for your replies. I have been advised to not refer to any teacher's books and notes as they are mostly for people who take coachings for them,but are useless for people opting for self study. Also many pages and notes are also missing from the set available in the market. As for PM,that book is unavoidale and I wil not avoid it at any cost but it can only act as supplement. I will look into JB Gupta and Padhuka and someone also suggested in inbox Vashist Saxena as reference book.
