Ca final - companies act 2013

Hi Can anyone provide me with the PRACTICAL questions on chapter IX (i.e. Accounts of the company )and Chapter X (Audit of accounts ) of the Companies act 2013 applicable for CA Final November 2014 exams? Practical questions on the above topics are neither covered in Handbook by Prof. Munish Bhandari nor in Practice manual. Pls share the file if anyone of you have it or tell me where can I study the above topics from. Thanks in anticipation.
